Liza has trained with numerous local and international master teachers including Larry Moss, Elizabeth Kemp, Ian Rickson, Kim Farrant and Iain Sinclair. Her theatre credits include Lisa Houseman in Frontier touring’s Dirty Dancing and the Australian premiers of The Long Red Road and Zander’s Boat. In film and television, she features in over 20 short and feature films.

As the former head of the youth program at 16th Street, she has specialised in both pre-teen and teen training, focusing on foundational script analysis, instinct lead physicality, character creation and mastering self tapes. Her adult courses are designed to reconnect adults with their most creative and expressive self by deep diving into challenging and complex roles.

In her classroom she creates both a bright and supportive energy that celebrates each student’s individuality and unique creativity. Through the use of archetypes, movement, imagination work and an always positive approach she encourages students to develop and celebrate their own interpretations of the work.
