Bec Poulter is a NIDA (Production) graduate. She has worked consistently in Production and Stage Management roles for over 12 years since graduating. She has toured to over 100 theatres in Australia, also to Europe and South America.

Bec was the Production and Event Operations Centre Coordinator for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2022 – 2024, Tour Manager on Wildschut and Brauss (Musica Viva), Production Officer (Festivals and Events) for City of Stonnington 2022-3, Logistics Coordinator for Sydney Festival 2022, Production Manager at the Ainslie and Gorman Arts Centre 2020 – 2021.
