Drama Summer School 2024
Course Overview
Over five fun-filled days, this exciting, hands-on, school holiday program will immerse young artists in a mini theatre company.
Under the facilitation of their tutor, participants will learn skills in performance, furthering their understanding of voice, physicality and focus to convey ideas.
They will work as a team to devise a piece of contemporary theatre, learning to respond to stimulus, create scripts, edit and collate, follow threads, distil concepts and extend ideas further.
The week will culminate in a performance of their ensemble piece to be performed in our Black Box Theatre. Parents and friends will be invited to watch the performances on Friday 19 January.
