The National Theatre Melbourne presents

The National Theatre Drama School Open Day

Saturday 25 September

Founded in 1936, The National Theatre Drama School is the original actor training centre in Australia, and is proud of its alumni.

“The Nash” employs professional teachers who continue to work in the performing arts industry; we produce actors of quality and commitment, who are working locally and internationally.

We pride ourselves on our friendliness, passion, and commitment to delivering the best training for our students to pursue their careers with confidence.

Our small class numbers guarantee lots of 1 to 1 time for our learners.

Open Day 2021 is the perfect opportunity for you to see how our Drama School runs from the inside. Things you can do on the day will include:

  • Attending a detailed course overview session
  • Meeting our lecturers who actively work in the performing arts industry
  • Q and A sessions with current students and teachers. Meet our teachers!
  • A tour of the National Theatre campus including our magnificent 783-seat theatre
  • Information on Student support, study loans and scholarships
  • Watching our teaching staff working with our students
  • Learning about our industry contacts and past graduate success.
  • Learning everything you need to know to start your voyage with us!

We look forward to meeting fellow passionate artists who wish to walk the acting path with us.

See you on Saturday 25 September from 9am!
