THE ASIA PACIFIC BALLET FORUM

Dates: July 9th – 11th 2020

The Asian Pacific Ballet Forum (APBF) in partnership with The National Theatre Ballet School and The Australian National Memorial Theatre aspires to be a platform for enthusiastic and passionate dancers, from ages 8 and above of all nationalities and social backgrounds to explore their potential in dance and to inspire their professional and personal growth by connecting with like-minded people.

The APBF facilitates sharing and exchanging between dance students, teachers and schools from all over the Asian Pacific region and further afield. The APBF hopes to enrich the Melbourne art scene and provide talented young dancers with cross-cultural networking opportunities for further development.

The APBF aims to create a space where dancers, as young as the age of 8, can boldly pursue their passion and interest in ballet and receive recognition for their dedication and effort towards cultivating this art form.

By providing an environment where dancers can thrive and grow, The APBF hopes to nurture a future generation of dancers capable of bringing the ballet art form to greater heights.
